RETURNS & REFUNDS
30-Day Returns
Faulty Items: If your item is faulty on arrival, contact us within 30 days at hello@gv8tech.co.uk. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including original delivery cost if requested within 14 days). Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. Returns are tested, and if found not faulty or tampered with, we'll return them to you at your cost.
After 30 days, faulty items are covered under UK Consumer Rights Act - contact us to arrange a replacement.
Unwanted Items: Return unwanted items within 30 days for a refund. Contact hello@gv8tech.co.uk to start your return. Items must be in brand-new, unused condition. We'll refund the item cost plus delivery (if returned within 21 days of delivery). Returns in opened or used condition may incur a restocking fee or be rejected.
Return Exclusions
Cannot be returned once opened: software, batteries, memory cards, headsets (hygiene reasons), and screen protectors (once protective film removed).

- Return via tracked postal service (Royal Mail recommended)
- Refunds processed within 7 days to original payment method
Please note: You're responsible for return postage costs for unwanted items. Use tracked delivery - we're not liable for items lost in transit.
