Shipping & Delivery Policy

UK Delivery Only

We currently ship to UK addresses only (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We do not ship to international destinations, BFPO addresses, or PO Boxes at this time.

Same-Day Dispatch

Order before 2pm Monday-Friday for FREE same-day dispatch via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

  • Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day
  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day
  • You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched

Delivery Times

Royal Mail Tracked 24:

  • Aim to deliver next working day after dispatch
  • Delivery Monday-Saturday (excludes Sundays and bank holidays)
  • Typical delivery: 1-2 working days from dispatch
  • Signed-for service with tracking

Please note: While Royal Mail aims for next-day delivery, this is not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, Royal Mail operational issues, etc.).

Delivery Costs

FREE shipping on all UK orders - no minimum spend required.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you'll receive:

  • Email confirmation with Royal Mail tracking number
  • Link to track your parcel on Royal Mail website
  • Estimated delivery date

Delivery Address

  • Ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout
  • We cannot redirect parcels once dispatched
  • We're not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided
  • For missed deliveries, contact Royal Mail to arrange redelivery or collection

Failed Delivery Attempts

If Royal Mail cannot deliver your parcel:

  • They'll leave a "Something for You" card with collection/redelivery instructions
  • You typically have 18 days to collect from your local delivery office
  • Parcels not collected will be returned to us
  • Refused deliveries or unpaid fees incur a £25 return charge plus £5 admin fee (see Returns Policy)

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and dispatched the same day (before 2pm). During busy periods (sales, holidays), please allow up to 24 hours for processing.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Lost in Transit: If your parcel hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, contact us at hello@gv8tech.co.uk. We'll open an investigation with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement or refund.

Damaged in Transit: If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us immediately at hello@gv8tech.co.uk with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Undeliverable Addresses

We cannot deliver to:

  • International addresses (outside UK)
  • BFPO/military addresses
  • PO Box addresses
  • Addresses Royal Mail deems undeliverable

If your address is undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative or refund.
